The aims of our training activities are:

  • To develop methods of innovation and creativity: training as a key element of the knowledge triangle. The knowledge triangle (education, research and innovation) plays an essential role in promoting growth and employment;
  • To upgrade skills.

Low skilled workers risk economic and social exclusion. In most European countries, persistently high levels of early school leaving, low participation in learning on the part of older and low-skilled workers, and low-skilled migrant workers, are the cause of social problems. Furthermore, future labor markets of the economy based on knowledge will require increasingly higher levels of competence by an ever shrinking labor force. Low skills will constitute the source of increasing unemployment and social inequality. For this reason, with the aid of action tailored to the traineesí needs, we desire our training to improve the level of education with the acquisition of basic requirements and to increase people ís employability.

  • Action in relation to employability.
  • Enable trainees to overcome the difficulties related to training courses;
  • To promote acquisition of vocational skills through the provision of a facilitating environment;
  • Promote interventions and methodologies for personalized assistance with a view to a successful job placement;
  • Enhance social skills to adapt and act within a business context;
  • Establish a training internship to match the needs and characteristics of the target market;
  • Strengthen the ability of the individual with respect to the task of finding a job.
  • Action related to e- learning.
  • To stimulate independent learning and cooperation through the use and sharing of materials especially designed for this particular training strategy;
  • To optimize learning pace and opportunities;
  • To promote individual responsibility towards the groupís own training/self-education.
  • Acquisition of professional skills.
  • To help the trainees to acquire knowledge in relation to their expected job profile, making them aware of stereotyped concepts in order for them to acquire a realistic view of personal and professional expectations also according to the labor market;
  • Increase the traineesí awareness of self in terms of personal characteristics and behavior;
  • To enable the trainees to find points of convergence and points of divergence between the personal behavior and that required by the professional profile expected;
  • Identify the organizational contexts that are more compatible with the traineeís personal behavioral style;
  • Encourage the development of the traineesí compensatory behavior and adapting strategies;
  • To acquire skills to manage the transition.
